Called Robusta - Honey because after going through the preliminary processing, coffee beans still retain the outer layer of silk meat. This skin will retain the sweetness of the fruit when it is ripe and has a yellowish color when exposed. Robusta is hand-picked nearly 100% ripe fruit in the Buon Ho - Dak Lak region.
